When do I pay?: On completion, not before. The Listing package can be paid up front or deferred to completion.
How long is the contract?: Twelve weeks, then rolling with two weeks' notice. No long tie-ins.
Do you charge for withdrawal?: No. If you take the property off the market, you owe nothing on the percentage packages.
How fast is a valuation?: A local agent will visit within 48 hours and you get the written valuation the same day.
