Estate agency without the runaround
Haven Homes was built by people who had bad experiences buying houses. We fixed the parts that annoyed us: hidden fees, unreachable agents, and listings that hide the bad news.
We opened our first branch in Richmond in 2021 with four agents and a rule: whoever shows you the house closes the deal. No handoffs, no call centres.
Today we operate across eleven UK regions with 82 agents, and that rule hasn't changed. Every listing gets a 3D tour, a measured floor plan and an honest running-cost estimate before it goes live.
