Lielt is a day spa on Harbour Row with twelve treatment rooms, a full thermal suite and a rule against phones past the front desk.

We converted a 1930s harbour warehouse in 2023, keeping the brick and adding the plumbing for a proper Finnish sauna and cold plunge.

Every therapist here is qualified to Level 4 or above, and we cap bookings so nobody is rushed between treatments.
