About the studio
Ten people, one room, no account managers
Alchemy is a brand and digital studio in Amsterdam. Founded in 2017, we work with a small number of clients each year and everyone you meet in the pitch is on the project.
We were three designers freelancing out of a shared attic. Nine years later we're ten strategists, designers and engineers, and we still work the same way: one team, one room, no layers between you and the people doing the work.
We take on roughly twelve projects a year. That limit is deliberate — it's the number where we can still give every brand real attention.
